Cleveland Brown is the main character of The Cleveland Show after making the move to Virginia to move in with his highschool sweetheart.

Donna Tubbs
Donna is the high school sweetheart of Cleveland Brown. She is the mother of Roberta and Rallo. After her marriage to Cleveland, she also has a step-son, Cleveland Jr.. Her ex-husband is Robert Tubbs who is her son and daughter’s biological father.

Cleveland Brown Jr.
Junior is the son of Cleveland Brown. During his time in Family Guy he was previously shown to be skinny, hyperactive, and athletic. He was presumably taken into Loretta’s custody after she divorced Cleveland and has since become calmer, more intelligent and severely obese. After Cleveland and Loretta’s divorce was finalized in the pilot episode, Junior was placed in Cleveland’s custody, and moved out of Quahog, Rhode Island to Stoolbend, Virginia where Cleveland married his old high school sweetheart, Donna Tubbs.

Roberta Tubbs
Roberta has a personality like most teenage girls. Like Rallo, she is talkative and aggressive. She gets attracted by celebrities some of the time. She commonly wears a necklace, a green tube top, a black belt, rolled up blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.

Rallo Tubbs
Rallo likes kickball, Super Sugar Crisp cereal and looking at naked celebrities on the internet. He likes older ladies and, with Cleveland’s help, he has discovered a less obvious way to check out the girls in his kindergarten class at Harper Elementary.
